Sautéed mushrooms in a garlic butter sauce are a delicious side dish. The key to the deep rich flavour is to allow the mushrooms to caramelise and evaporate the moisture out of the mushrooms.
400 g Assorted Mushrooms
25 g Unsalted Butter
3 Garlic Cloves
½ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
1. Mince garlic cloves (3 pcs) with a garlic press.
2. Melt unsalted butter (25 g) over medium heat, add minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
3. Add assorted mushroom (400 g), salt (½ tsp) and ground black pepper (¼ tsp). Stir fry over high heat for 5 min.
4. Sprinkle chopped parsley (1 tbsp) on top to serve.
