Mixed Berry Smoothie is a refreshing and healthy drink. It is very easy to make and a great choice for breakfast.
Ingredients
80 g Frozen Berries
1 Banana
240 g Greek Yogurt
120 mL Milk
1 Tsp Honey
Method
1. Peel banana (1 pc) and cut into chunks.
2. Blend the banana, frozen berries (80 g), milk (120 mL), greek yogurt (240g) and honey (1 tsp) in a blender for 1 min 30 sec.
