Baked Lobster Tails

[ Prep Time: 5 min | Cooking Time: 15 min | Serving: 2 ]

A classic baked lobster tails recipe with garlic and parsley butter. It is super easy to make and the lobster tails are super tender and juicy!


  • 2 Lobster Tails

  • 5 Garlic Cloves

  • 60 g Unsalted Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley

  • ¼ Tsp Salt

  • ¼ Tsp Ground Black Pepper



1. Preheat oven to 180 °C / 360 °F.

2. Cut along the middle of the top of the shell towards the fins of the tail, separate the meat from the two sides of the shell, then lift the meat up and out from inside the shell.

3. Prepare the garlic butter by combining unsalted butter (60 g), minced garlic (5 cloves), salt (¼ tsp), ground black pepper (¼ tsp) and dried parsley (1 tbsp).

4. Coat the lobster meat with garlic butter, place them on a baking tray and bake for 15 min at 180 °C / 360 °F.
