Chrysanthemum tea is a Chinese herbal tea that has many benefits, it is a delicious drink that could be served hot, warm or cold.
15 g Dried Chrysanthemum
10 g Goji Berries
40 g Honey Rock Sugar
1 L Water
1. Rinse and drain dried chrysanthemum (15 g) and goji berries (10 g).
2. Bring a pot of water (1 L) to a boil, add dried chrysanthemum and goji berries, then cover and simmer over low heat for 5 min.
3. Add honey rock sugar (40 g), then cover and simmer over low heat for 5 min.
4. Turn off heat and cover for 10 min, mix well and serve.
Honey rock sugar can be replaced with rock sugar.
