Hong Kong style milk tea is a tea drink made from black tea and milk. It is a highly caffeinated, wonderfully smooth hot beverage enjoyed in bakeries, cafes and restaurants across Hong Kong!
Ingredients
20 g Ceylon Black Tea
1½ Tbsp White Sugar
500 mL Water
200 mL Evaporated Milk
Method
1. In a pot, add Ceylon black tea (20 g) and water (500 mL). Simmer over medium heat for 10 min.

2. Remove the tea bags, add white sugar (1½ tbsp). Stir until the sugar has dissolved completely.

3. Add evaporated milk (200 mL) and mix well to serve.

Note
White sugar could be replaced by condensed milk.
