With just 4 ingredients, you can make this quick and easy lemon iced tea in 10 minutes! It’s so refreshing and full of fruity flavour!
6 g Ceylon Black Tea
2 Tbsp White Sugar
250 mL Hot Water
130 g Ice
1. In a pot, add Ceylon black tea (6 g) and hot water (250 mL). Let it steep for 10 min.
2. Slice a lemon (1 pc).
3. Add lemon slices to a cup, crush the lemon slices to release lemon juice then add ice cubes (130 g).
4. Remove the tea bags, add white sugar (2 tbsp). Stir until the sugar has dissolved completely.
5. Add tea to the cup, mix well to serve.
To avoid the lemon tea turn cloudy, let the sweetened tea cool to room temperature completely first.
