Homemade minced garlic is free from additives and preservatives. It is very easy to prepare which is a versatile ingredient that you should always have in the fridge!
200 g Garlic Cloves
200 g Vegetable Oil
1. Chop the garlic cloves (200 g) with a food processor or chopper.
2. Transfer the minced garlic to a clean glass container.
3. Add vegetable oil (200 g) to cover all the minced garlic and mix well.
4. Store the minced garlic in a gas-tight glass container in the fridge.
Keep the minced garlic in the fridge and use it within 14 days.
