Sweetened red beans are very easy to make and they can be used as toppings in different desserts.
Ingredients
125 g Red Bean
65 g Dark Brown Sugar
500 mL Water
Method
1. Rinse red bean (125 g).

2. Add the red beans and water (500 mL) in a pressure cooker then pressure cook for 20 min.

3. Drain and mix with dark brown sugar (65 g).

Notes
Keep the sweetened red bean in the fridge and use it within 14 days.
