Sweetened Red Bean

Sweetened red beans are very easy to make and they can be used as toppings in different desserts.


  • 125 g Red Bean

  • 65 g Dark Brown Sugar

  • 500 mL Water



1. Rinse red bean (125 g).

2. Add the red beans and water (500 mL) in a pressure cooker then pressure cook for 20 min.

3. Drain and mix with dark brown sugar (65 g).



  • Keep the sweetened red bean in the fridge and use it within 14 days.
