Salted cheese foam is a sweet, salty creamy foam that is made from a mixture of cream cheese, whipping cream, and milk. It is an essential ingredient to make a cup of refreshing cheese tea.
250 g Whipping Cream
100 mL Milk
75 g Condensed Milk
60 g Cream Cheese
4 g Rock Salt
1. In a bowl of an electric mixer, blend milk (100 mL) and cream cheese (60 g) until smooth.
2. Add condensed milk (75 g), rock salt (4 g) and whipping cream (250 g), whip the cream to soft peaks.
3. Transfer to a bowl and store in the refrigerator.
Salted cheese foam can be stored in the refrigerator for 48 h.
