Bread & butter pudding is a classic British dessert. It requires simple ingredients and it is super easy to make at home!
Ingredients
300 mL Milk
175 g Bread Slices
100 mL Double Cream
80 g White Sugar
30 g Unsalted Butter
25 g Raisins
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Tsp Cinnamon Powder
Method
1. Melt unsalted butter (30 g) with a microwave (900 w) for 20 sec, and then brush the melted butter on the bread slices (175 g). Cut the bread slices into quarters and place them in a baking tray.

2. Add egg (2 units), white sugar (80 g), vanilla extract (1 tsp), cinnamon powder (¼ tsp), double cream (100 mL) and milk (300 mL) to a bowl and mix well.

3. Add the milk mixture to the baking tray, sprinkle the raisins (25 g) on top and gently press the bread slices to let them absorb the custard mixture.

4. Bake at 200 °C / 390°F for 30 min.
