Cheese Foam Oolong Tea

Cheese tea is a cup of cold tea topped with a foamy layer of milk and cream cheese and sprinkled with salt. The drink is sweet and has a savoury finish. It is very refreshing and addictively delicious!​


  • 60 g Salted Cheese Foam (Recipe Here)

  • 10 g Oolong Tea

  • 1 Tbsp White Sugar

  • 200 mL Hot Water

  • 200 g Ice Cubes



1. In a container, add oolong tea (10 g) and hot water (200 mL). Let it steep for 15 min.

2. Remove the tea bags, add white sugar (1 tbsp). Stir until the sugar has dissolved completely.

3. Add ice cubes (200 g) to the oolong tea, mix well.

4. Add salted cheese foam (60 g) on top to serve.
