These chocolate potato chips are super easy to make at home! The crispy ridged potato chips are dipped into rich dark chocolate for an elegant treat that every chocolate lover will definitely enjoy.
Ingredients
150 g Dark Chocolate
60 g Potato Chips
20 g Unsalted Butter
Method
1. Melt unsalted butter (20 g) and dark chocolate (150 g) in the microwave (900 w) for 1 min.
2. Mix the melted chocolate with butter until smooth.
3. Cover one side of the potato chips (60 g) with the dark chocolate and then place them on a baking tray with parchment paper.
4. Freeze the chocolate potato chips for at least 1 hr before serving.
Note
Store the chocolate potato chips in the freezer or refrigerator.
