Coconut milk pudding is a simple dessert made with coconut milk as the main ingredient. It is a tasty coconut flavour rich jelly with a silky, creamy texture!
400 mL Coconut Milk
100 mL Milk
50 g White Sugar
10 g Gelatine Powder
1. In a pot, add white sugar (50 g), gelatine powder (10 g), milk (100 mL), and coconut milk (400 mL) and mix well.
2. Warm up the mixture over low heat to 60°C with stirring until the sugar and gelatine have dissolved completely.
3. Add the mixture to a glass container, refrigerate for at least 3 hr and cut into pieces to serve.
Warm up the mixture over low heat to 60°C only as overheating it will cause the coconut milk to separate into layers.
