Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles

[ Prep Time: 5 min | Cooling Time: 2 hr | Serving: 16 ]

Condensed milk chocolate truffles only require two ingredients to make! They are a lot softer and smoother than normal chocolate truffles and super easy to make!
 

Ingredients

  • 180 g Condensed Milk

  • 75 g Cocoa Powder

 

Method

1. Microwave (900 w) condensed milk (180 g) for 1 min.

2. Add cocoa powder (75 g) in 2 portions and mix well until no dry cocoa powder is left.

3. Wrap up the chocolate with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hr.

4. Sprinkle cocoa powder on both sides of the chocolate and divide it into 16 pieces.

 

Note

  • The chocolate won't melt at room temperature.
