A classic Japanese dish of enoki mushrooms wrapped and rolled in thinly sliced beef. These bite-sized beef rolls are then pan fired in homemade teriyaki sauce!
100 g Beef Slices
100 g Enoki Mushroom
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sake
2 Tbsp Mirin
1 Tbsp White Sugar
1. Prepare 10 beef rolls by wrapping enoki mushroom (10 g) with beef slices (10 g).
2. Prepare the sauce mix with light soy sauce (2 tbsp), sake (2 tbsp), mirin (2 tbsp) and white sugar (1 tbsp).
3. Pan-fry both sides of the beef rolls until golden brown with oil (1 tbsp).
4. Add the sauce mix and cook until the sauce is thickened.
It is a lot easier to prepare the beef rolls with frozen beef slices.
