This super delicious pan-fried prawns in sweet and sour tomato sauce is a quick and easy dish that you can make in just 15 minutes!
350 g Prawns
5 g Chopped Garlic
2 g Chili
3 Tbsp Ketchup
½ Tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Corn Starch
100 mL Water
1 Tbsp White Sugar
¼ Tsp Salt
1. Rinse prawns (350 g) and use a pair of scissor to trim off the legs. Remove the guts and rinse thoroughly with water again, pat dry it with kitchen towels and set aside.
2. Prepare the sauce mix by mixing ketchup (3 tbsp), light soy sauce (½ tsp), salt (¼ tsp), white sugar (1 tbsp), chopped garlic (5 g), corn starch (1 tsp) and water (100 mL).
3. Heat up some oil (2 tbsp) on a pan. Cover and pan fry the prawns for 3 min each side over medium heat.
4. Add chili (2 g) and the sauce mix, simmer over medium heat for 3 min.
Adjust the amount of chili according to taste.
