This udon dish only requires simple ingredients. The super delicious peanut butter sauce is perfectly coated with the udon noodles to make a quick, easy, and delicious meal!
500 g Frozen Udon Noodles
4 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Fried Garlic
1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
2 Tsp White Sugar
1. Add light soy sauce (2 tbsp), oyster sauce (1 tbsp), peanut butter (2 tbsp), water (4 tbsp), white sugar (2 tsp), sesame oil (1 tbsp), chilli flakes (1 tbsp), roasted sesame seeds (1 tbsp), and fried garlic (1 tbsp) in a bowl to prepare the sauce mix.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add frozen udon noodles (500 g) and simmer over medium heat for 3 min.
3. Drain the udon noodles, mix it with the sauce mix to serve.
