Seasoned bean sprouts are super easy to make! It is a very tasty and refreshing side dish.
Ingredients
200 g Bean Sprouts
4 g Garlic Clove
8 g Scallions
Sauce Mix
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
¼ Tsp Salt
Method
1. Rinse bean sprouts (200 g), scallions (8 g) and garlic clove (4 g) with water.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the bean sprouts for 2 min.
3. Add the bean sprouts to the ice water and let them cool for 5 min.
4. Chop scallions (8 g).
5. Mince garlic cloves (4 g).
6. Mix minced garlic, chopped scallions, salt (¼ tsp), fish sauce (2 tsp), sesame oil (1 tbsp) and sesame seeds (1 tsp) as sauce.
7. Season the bean sprouts with the sauce mix.
8. Cover it with cling film, then refrigerate for at least 3 hr.
