This is a foolproof recipe for perfect hard-boiled eggs. By using the residual heat in a covered pot of hot water, the yolks will be set but not tinged with green!
1. Place eggs (6 pcs) in a pot in a single layer and cover with 1 inch of water.
2. Bring to boil over high heat. Cover, remove from heat and let it sit for 10 min.
3. Cool the eggs with ice water for 5 min.
4. Peel and use as desired.
