Honey Glazed Pork Ribs

[ Prep Time: 5 min | Cooking Time: 130 min | Serving: 2 ]

Cantonese-style honey-glazed pork ribs are very easy to make at home in the oven. The ribs are basted in honey and baked until they are super tender, juicy, and falling off the bone!

Ingredients

  • 500g Pork Ribs

  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Marinade

  • 3 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine

  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce

Method

1. Preheat oven to 150 °C.

2. Prepare the marinade by mixing char siu sauce (3 tbsp), cooking wine (1 tbsp), and light soy sauce (1 tbsp).

3. Rub the marinade on both sides of the ribs, place the ribs on a baking tray, cover it with foil and bake for 2 hr at 150°C / 300°F.

4. Brush some honey (2 tbsp) on both sides and then bake for another 10 min at 200°C / 400°F.

5. Let the ribs cool down for a bit and then serve.
