The homemade version of scallion oil noodles only requires simple ingredients. The fragrant scallion oil sauce is perfectly coated to the noodles to make a quick, easy, and delicious meal!
50 g Scallions
100 g Corn Oil
200 g Dried Noodles
2½ Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp White Sugar
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1. Add light soy sauce (2½ tbsp), dark soy sauce (2 tbsp), white sugar (2 tbsp), and oyster sauce (1 tbsp) in a bowl to prepare the sauce mix.
2. Add corn oil (100 g) and scallions (50 g) to a pan. Heat for 10 minutes over medium-low heat to prepare the scallion oil.
3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add dried noodles (200 g) and simmer over medium heat for 8 min.
4. Drain the noodles, mix it with the sauce mix and then sprinkle some fried scallion to serve.
