These spicy chicken wings are easy to make. They are very delicious with the sweet and spicy sauce made from Sriracha chili sauce and ketchup!
500 g Chicken Wings
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Garlic Powder
½ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
3 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
2 Tbsp Cooking Wine
1. Add salt (½ tsp), garlic powder (½ tsp) and ground black pepper (½ tsp) to marinate the chicken wings (500 g).
2. Prepare the sauce mix by mixing ketchup (3 tbsp), Sriracha sauce (1 tbsp) and cooking wine (2 tbsp).
3. Pan fry the chicken wings over medium heat for 5 min on each side in a non-stick pan without oil (10 min in total).
4. Add the sauce and mix well to serve.
