Egg salad is made with simple ingredients. This is a wonderful tasting egg salad, perfect on top of a sandwich!
3 Hard-Cooked Eggs (Recipe Here)
4 Bread Slices
30 g Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
¼ Tsp Dried Parsley
⅛ Tsp Salt
⅛ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1. Cut peeled hard-cooked eggs (3 pcs) into small dice.
2. Mix diced eggs with salt (⅛ tsp), ground black pepper (⅛ tsp), dried parsley (¼ tsp) mayonnaise (30 g), dijon mustard (1 tsp) and lemon juice (1 tsp).
3. Place the egg salad on sliced bread (4 slices) to serve.
Egg salad can be refrigerated in an airtight container for 1 day.
